Compensation Package

Mansur Trucking pays on the percentage of gross we charge the customer.

Driver Pay Schedule:

1.   0-6 Months 25% of Gross- Driving School Graduates
   

2.   6 Months-1 Year 27%- Driving School Graduates
   

3.   1 Year or more- 28%
   

4.   Annual percentage increase based on performance, awarded each year of service with Mansur Trucking, Inc.
   

Additional Pay

1.   Additional stop off pay
   

2.   Lumber tarp pay
   

3.   Detention pay
   

4.   Dead head pay
   

5.   Safety bonuses
   

Driver Requirements

1.   Must be at least 23 years of age.
   

2.   Must be a graduate of a qualified truck driver-training program or at least 6 months of tractor trailer experience.
   

3.   Must be able to pass a DOT drug test and physical.
   

4.   Must be able to pass functional capacity exam.
   

5.   No DUI or positive drug screen in a commercial vehicle.
   

6.   No reckless driving or careless driving offenses.
   

7.   No excessive speeding tickets in the last three years (15 or more over the posted speed).
