COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Mansur Trucking pays on the percentage of gross we charge the customer.

Driver Pay Schedule:

• 0-6 Months 25% Of Gross - Driving School Graduates
• 6 Months-1 Year 27% - Driving School Graduates
• 1 Year or more - 28%
• Annual percentage increase based on performance, awarded each year of service with Mansur Trucking, Inc.

ADDITIONAL PAY

• Additional stop off pay
• Lumber tarp pay
• Detention pay
• Dead head pay
• Safety bonuses

$5,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS

Paid in $200.00 increments. First installment after 30 days of driving with Mansur.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Must be a graduate of a qualified truck driver-training program or at least 6 months of tractor trailer experience.
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug test and physical.
• No DUI or positive drug screen in a commercial vehicle.
• No reckless driving or careless driving offenses.
• No excessive speeding tickets in the last three years (15 or over the posted speed)
